Submissions

We accept blog submissions from anyone. Writings must be related to law. Either it will be a case law summary or you can write an article related to any branch of law. You can also submit writings related to a social event which contains an interpretation or construction of law. You can also write book reviews in Bangla and English, Subject Reviews, and topics related to legal research. While sending submissions note that we publish only original and unpublished writings which fulfil the mentioned requirements.

We follow a blind review process for all the submissions. We may ask the contributors to revise their blogs based on editorial feedback. However, editorial feedback does not guarantee publication. We reserve the sole discretion on the decision of publication.    

Requirements: 

• There is no rule regarding word limits. We strongly encourage submissions between 500–1200 words.
• We want the contributors to be precise and clear in their language.
• We request the contributors follow the Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) for referencing, if necessary.
• We expect the contributors to avoid making and using defamatory language.
